Chief Sponsorship and Sales Officer
Responsible for ensuring financial stability by quickly securing key sponsors and partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and securing essential funding.
Head of Venue Acquisition & Relations
Critical for securing the global locations and venues where the events will be held. This role directly impacts the successful execution of the tournament and requires expertise in venue negotiation and global networking.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Responsible for building the brand and attracting audiences and sponsors. This role is crucial for the tournament’s visibility and financial success and demands innovative marketing strategies and strong leadership.
Broadcasting Director
Develops and implements the broadcasting strategy, central to reaching a global audience and maximizing media revenues. Experience in media production and broadcast strategies is essential.
Head of Player Relations
Manages relationships with players and ensures their satisfaction. This role is critical for the tournament’s image and success and requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in player management.
Global PR & Communications Director
Manages all communication with the media and develops PR strategies. This role is important for shaping the public image of the tournament and requires expertise in global communications and public relations.
Finance Director
Responsible for financial planning and control, essential for the long-term financial health of the project. This role demands strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
Digital & Social Media Director
Develops digital strategies and manages social media to maximize engagement. This role is important for building online presence but can be established progressively as the core strategies are developed.
Technology & Innovation Officer
Implements new technology and manages technical infrastructure. This role is central to integrating advanced technologies but can be developed after the foundational operations are in place.
Legal & Compliance Director
Ensures all legal and regulatory aspects are handled. This role is important for risk mitigation and can be integrated alongside other functions as the organization grows.
Content & Creative Director
Creates content and creative material for marketing and broadcasts. This role is crucial for audience engagement but can be prioritized once the core strategies are established.
